One benefit to SDI's accelerometers is they respond to gravity, which allows you to perform a 1G flip to check your accelerometer's calibration anytime, anywhere.
SDI's 2G accelerometers are very sensitive and have exceptionally low noise, two qualities that make measuring tilt possible with just a little math.
